The two apartments in the villa each have their own entrance, a full kitchen — fridge, hob, dishwasher — and two bedrooms where a family of four is comfortable. Linen, heating and Wi-Fi are all there, as in a real home; in summer they stay cool by themselves.
Outside, the garden does the rest: three thousand square metres of lawn and olive trees, the pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, gazebos for the shade and a masonry barbecue for long summer dinners. Family pets are welcome in the apartments — one per apartment, with a €15 per day supplement (not in the cottage for couples).
Stone monsters

The Monster Park of Bomarzo is the day out children remember: a wood of enormous sculptures where getting lost is part of the fun. Half an hour away is Lake Bolsena with its freshwater beaches, plus the villages of Tuscia — including the fairy-tale town painted wall to wall. Rome is an hour away: there and back in a day, without big-city stress.
In the evening you come home: kids in the pool until sunset, grown-ups at the barbecue. That's the right rhythm for a family holiday.

Are the apartments suitable for families with children?
Yes: each apartment in the villa has two bedrooms and sleeps up to 4. Its own entrance, a full kitchen and spaces that are yours alone: the little ones have room to play, the grown-ups room to rest.
How many people can sleep here?
It depends on the combination of rooms: write to us on WhatsApp with your dates and the size of your group, and we'll suggest the best solution. For larger groups the two apartments can be booked together.
Are the pool and garden included?
Yes. The outdoor pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, the 3,000-square-metre garden, the gazebos and the masonry barbecue are available to all guests of the villa, at no extra cost.
What is there to do nearby with children?
The Monster Park of Bomarzo — a wood of giant stone sculptures that feels like an enchanted world to children — is ten minutes away by car. Then Lake Bolsena for an afternoon of freshwater beaches, the villages with fairy-tale murals like Sant'Angelo di Roccalvecce, and Rome an hour away for a day trip to the city.
