Three independent accommodations — two apartments for up to 4 guests and the cottage for two: garden, pool and outdoor kitchen are shared. Stefano's parents live here too and keep everything in order.
A real home,
not a hotel room.
Each apartment has its own independent entrance, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with sofa; one of the two has a fireplace, which makes all the difference in spring and autumn. The bedrooms are furnished in rustic style, with linen included, heating and Wi-Fi. In summer they stay cool by themselves, with no need for air conditioning.
Right outside the door: the 3,000 m² garden, the pool with sun loungers, the stone barbecue and parking inside the property. Kids get space to run around safely; you get a shaded gazebo and the silence of the Tuscia countryside. For trip ideas, the surroundings are full of wonders less than an hour away.

Will we have the whole villa to ourselves?
Let us be clear from the start: no. Villa Vacanze Valentina has three independent accommodations — two apartments (up to 4 people each) and the Lovers' Cottage (2 people), and the garden and pool are shared. Enzo and his wife, Stefano's parents, also live on the property: they are the reason everything is always in order and someone is really there to welcome you. For a day of exclusive use, just ask — we can look into it.
How many people can sleep in the apartments?
Each apartment has two bedrooms and sleeps up to 4. For larger groups you can take both apartments: message us on WhatsApp and we will find the right combination for your dates.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes, each apartment has its own complete kitchen: fridge, hob, dishwasher and everything you need to cook on your own — the freedom of a real home, with no restaurant timetables.
Is the pool included in the stay?
Yes. The outdoor pool, the 3,000 m² garden, the gazebos and the stone barbecue are available to all villa guests at no extra cost.
Is there parking?
Yes, ample free parking inside the property: your car stays safe behind the gate.
Is it suitable for families with children?
It is what we do best: independent spaces, a large fenced garden to play freely, the pool and the table tennis. Families who come once usually come back.
Are pets allowed?
Yes — one pet per apartment, with a €15 per day supplement: we ask you to let us know when you book. In the Cottage, however, we cannot accept them.
