Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between guests and Villa Vacanze Valentina, located at Via Delle Pantane 20, Bassano in Teverina (VT), Italy.

Booking

A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit or of the confirmation from the booking channel used (e.g. Booking.com). Bookings can be made through the official channels listed on this website.

Payment

Payment methods vary depending on the booking channel used. For direct bookings, please contact the property for methods and deadlines.

Cancellation

When you book directly on this website, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before arrival. For bookings made through the portals (Booking.com, Airbnb), the conditions of the channel used apply and are shown at the time of booking. If something unexpected comes up, please write to us: we will find the best solution together.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 10:00 in the Apartments in the Villa and by 11:00 in the Casetta degli Innamorati. Arrivals and departures outside these times can be arranged by writing to us in advance and are subject to a supplement.

Liability

Villa Vacanze Valentina is not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property and to the equipment made available.
