Villa Vacanze Valentina is three independent places to stay on a single property. The two apartments are inside the villa, side by side; the Casetta degli Innamorati stands on its own, with its own private garden. The large garden, the pool and the outdoor kitchen are shared: this is a family home, not a resort.

Will we have the whole villa to ourselves?
No, and we say it straight away: the villa has three independent accommodations — two apartments (up to 4 people each) and the Lovers' Cottage (2 people). Garden and pool are shared. Enzo and his wife, Stefano's parents, live here too: they are why everything is always in order. For a day of exclusive use, just ask.
Where is Villa Vacanze Valentina located?
The villa is in Bassano in Teverina, in the province of Viterbo, in the heart of Tuscia. It is a holiday home surrounded by greenery one hour from Rome, 10 minutes from the Parco dei Mostri di Bomarzo (Monster Park) and 15 minutes from the A1 motorway exit and the Orte railway station.
Is the villa really surrounded by nature?
It is: the villa sits in a private 3,000 m² garden with olive trees, flowers and lawns, in the open countryside of Tuscia. All around are rolling hills, woods and medieval villages — the perfect setting for a holiday in nature without giving up any comfort.
Is it a good base for visiting Rome without staying in the city?
That is exactly what it was made for: Rome is one hour by car, or 40-50 minutes by train from the nearby Orte station. Many guests come for a relaxing weekend by the pool and among the villages; others use the villa as a green base to visit Rome without sleeping in the chaos of the city.
Does the holiday home have a pool?
Yes, the outdoor pool is the heart of the villa: open all day, reserved exclusively for guests, with sun loungers, parasols, hammocks and an outdoor shower. In the evening it is beautifully lit — lovely to look at even just from the dinner table in the garden.
What accommodation is available?
Two options: the Apartments in the Villa, fully independent with an equipped kitchen, ideal for families and small groups (up to 4 guests each), and the Lovers' Cottage, a romantic wooden hideaway exclusively for two, with its own indoor bathroom and a porch of its own.
Are pets allowed?
In the two apartments in the villa, yes — one pet per apartment, with a €15 per day supplement; the large fenced garden is perfect for them too. Just let us know when you book. In the Cottage, however, we cannot accept them.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. When you book on our own site, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before arrival. If you booked through Booking or Airbnb, that channel's conditions apply. If something unexpected comes up, write to us: we will find the best solution together.
