There are three independent lodgings here — the two apartments in the villa for up to 4 guests each and the cottage for couples — surrounded by the garden, the pool with its gazebos and the outdoor kitchen with barbecue. For a day it can all be yours: vows exchanged among the olive trees, a family celebration, a birthday that deserves space and silence.
This is not a reception hall: it is our home, and the family lives here. That is exactly why exclusivity cannot be bought with a click — it grows out of a direct agreement, built by talking together, so that your day and this place truly suit each other.

Tell us about the occasion: the date you have in mind, what kind of celebration it is, how you picture it. We talk it through on the phone or over a coffee at the villa, consider together what is possible and what is not, and settle everything in person — spaces, timings, details.

Can the whole villa really be reserved?
Yes, by request: the three independent lodgings — two apartments for up to 4 guests each and the cottage for couples — together with the garden, the pool and the outdoor kitchen with barbecue, for a day or for your whole stay. Every request is considered case by case, after we have talked.
What kind of events work best here?
Intimate weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, family celebrations, gatherings of friends. The character of the place is silence and greenery: small, heartfelt celebrations rather than large receptions. If you have something different in mind, tell us — we will discuss it honestly.
How do I book an event?
Not online. Write to us or call us, tell us the occasion and the dates you have in mind: everything is arranged through a direct conversation — and, if you like, a visit to the villa. The date is confirmed only after we agree, never automatically.
Are there fixed packages or prices?
No. Every event is different — season, duration, which lodgings are involved, how you imagine the day — so the proposal is tailored during the conversation. This possibility exists only here on our website: you will not find it on booking portals.
