This possibility cannot be booked online, and you will not find it on Booking or Airbnb: it lives only on our website. It starts with you telling us about the occasion — the date you have in mind, what kind of celebration it is, how you picture it — by phone, on WhatsApp or through the contact form. Then we talk it through: what is possible and what is not, the spaces, the timings, the details. If you like, come and see the villa in person. The date is confirmed only after a direct agreement, never automatically: this is our home, and we care that your day and this place truly suit each other.
An hour from Rome, in another time
The logistics are the easy part: the A1 motorway exit at Orte is fifteen minutes away, Rome an hour, Viterbo twenty minutes. Your guests arrive without adventures, and those who stay the night have the villa's lodgings at their disposal.
